The southeastern part of Kohphangan is the main party area including HadRin and the fullmoon party beach. Most of the area surrounding Had Rin is mountains making most of the beautiful fine white beaches unable to reach by road, the only way to get to them is by longtail boat from Had Rin.
A lot known resorts, like for example Cookies Salad frequently running out of available rooms during peak season. Perhaps a valuable tip is to arrange for a room before you arrive.
