In addition, our virtual tours allow for numerous specialty features to be incorporated. These include:
- Navigational hotspots – enabling the viewer to move from one room to another within the virtual tour.
- Blending techniques – presenting the space depicted at day/night time or empty/filled with people/furniture.
- Branding/logo and/or preferred color schemes to be interwoven with and around the virtual tour.
- still images – to be placed to highlight particularly interesting structural and/or design elements.
- Interactive floorplans – depicting the layout of the property presented and also showing the viewpoint and angle of where the viewer is at any given point.

Interactive Floorplans
We offer two different types of Floorplan Services:
Full Floorplan Service:
We create the entire floorplan and place hotspots in accordance with the panoramas desired.
Fax and Sketch Service:
If a floorplan already exists, e.g. as a sketch, we create the digital image according to the sketch and measurements provided by you.
